By means of  rules of law and economics, and use of  comparative law models, the rules and the intervention of the NRAs of electric and gas energy have been analyzed –in terms of efficiency- from the point of view of the consumers’  benefit, and the involvement of their associations. Improving measures will be also analyzed.

Geographical coverage:
Section 1 of the research:
  • deregulation process of energy and gas market in regards to all 25 member States and focused on the level of acknowledgement of those norms that lead – or has led – to the energy market deregulation, and the possible presence of an NRA.
Sections 2 - 3 -  4 of the research:
  • points 2, 3, 4 will be developed by the project’s partners and will therefore fall within the nine Countries of their competence.
